1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using PassNeurosurgery, you agree to these terms.
2. Educational purpose only
All content is provided for revision and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for clinical judgement or formal training, and must not be used to make patient-care decisions.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Account sharing is prohibited. We technically enforce a single active session per account; logging in from a new device automatically signs the previous device out. Repeated suspicious activity may result in account suspension.
4. Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions provide access for the period purchased. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. Refund requests should be made within 7 days of purchase by emailing admin@passneurosurgery.com. Refunds may be declined where significant content has been consumed.
5. Acceptable use
You may not copy, redistribute, screenshot for resale, or scrape questions. Doing so will result in immediate termination without refund.
6. Intellectual property
All questions, explanations, and site content are owned by PassNeurosurgery or its contributors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while subscribed.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; significant changes will be notified by email or on-site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
